Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations
Psychiatric evaluations help identify underlying mental health conditions, collect personal and family history, review screening tools, treatment recommendations, in order to develop an individualized treatment plan to address your goals.
60-minute sessions.
Cost: $250.
Medication Management
For patients requiring medication as part of their treatment plan, our psychiatric nurse practitioners will work closely with you providing ongoing evaluation, monitoring your response to medication, and optimizing your medication regimen as clinically appropriate to ensure the highest level of evidenced based care and safety.
30-minute sessions.
Cost: $150.
Computer Based ADHD Assessment
This service is for those patients who have not previously been diagnosed with ADHD and are exploring this for the first time. This testing is in addition to the initial psychiatric evaluation.
Cost: $200 for established patients and includes testing fee, the follow-up appointment to review the test results, as well as any treatment recommendations.
Cost: $300 for those that are not established patients but want testing only. This cost will include the testing fee and a copy of the results. This does not include treatment planning or prescriptions.
